Swab-its Firearm Tip #1 Practice with the Firearms You Rely on Most

Practice with the firearms you rely on most.

Words from my Grandfather “The man who practices with one firearm will always out shoot the man who practices with lots of firearms.”

This does not mean you should only practice with one firearm. What my grandfather meant was to practice with the firearms you rely on. As a shooter, if you go back and forth between different firearms you need to understand all of them. Some firearms naturally shoot low, some shoot high. Your carry piece needs to be practiced with the most because it’s critical for your personal protection to know how it works and where it shoots. The same thing goes for rifles and shotguns. Practice with the firearms you rely on the most.
